-04/23/02-----I built this fuel rail from 1" square aluminum tubing and
a stock fuel rail from a Pontiac GrandAm (it was easy to pull from a
junkyard car and was aluminum).  I cut the injector bosses from the
GrandAm rail and welded them to my aluminum tubing, then welded
pieces over the ends of the tubing, then drilled and tapped the side
for my fuel inlet and outlet.  Finally, I put it in my drill press and
used a mill bit and cross slide vice to grind down my welds to make it
pretty.  Keep in mind that at this point it has not been pollished yet.

-05/01/02-----I finished polishing the fuel rail and it took about 2
hours of elbow grease.  looks REALLY good in person, pictures are
at the bottom of this page.
